Continuing from the previous blog, I've split this one into two for a better reading experience! This week's summary mainly revolves around two aspects: product selection and video production.
On Monday, I made a video about how I decorate my pens. In fact, I want to make more of this type of content, merging two seemingly unrelated products together by handcrafting them. For example, adding Sanrio characters to some of my commonly used pens or highlighters from Muji. I'm not sure if such products will be accepted, and whether I'll have enough time to make them.
Next, I posted three videos showcasing my latest products:
First up are these sticky notes. They are incredibly cute! I've been using them for a while even before selling them. The only downside is that their stickiness isn't the best, but their super cute appearance instantly brightens up any dull notebook, page, or desktop.
Then, there's this figure blind box. Its biggest feature is that you can change its expression. Each one has four different expressions. I think having it on your desk to fiddle with during idle moments or to flip through its expressions when you're feeling down is great!
Lastly, there are some other new products from this week: a stapler, pen caps, and super cute tiny notebooks! These three products are my latest acquisitions, and they are absolutely adorable! However, I realized that I didn't do a great job with this video. I didn't include subtitles, and the background music was too loud for proper explanations. I'll do better next time!
So, most of this week's time was spent on product selection and making product videos. I believe there's room for improvement in the quality of my video. Currently, it seems like my videos aren't effectively showcasing the products, but I believe I can do better! 📦✨
We will talk again next week.
