Hello everyone, it's Cecilia again. Time really flies, can't believe it's been a month since my last update. I have to admit, I'm feeling a bit embarrassed because it seems like my shop has hit a bit of a plateau...
I've tried so many things with ads and short videos, but it seems like they haven't had much of an impact. The traffic and orders on my site are like a flatline, just steady. Honestly, I'm starting to feel a bit anxious! Running an online store isn't as smooth sailing as I imagined.
My biggest issue right now is that without input, there's no output. I haven't found a really good small business case study to benchmark against, so everything I've done is hard to judge what's right and what's wrong.
I've heard about the Pareto Principle a while back, and now it seems like I'm busy every day, busy with customer service, making videos, packing, shipping, just constantly working and plugging holes, but it feels like the important stuff isn't getting done at all. Like, should I be reaching out to influencers for collaborations, really crunching the numbers to see if there's profit left after ads, or adjusting some bigger directions.
The day-to-day grind has made me completely lose time to sit down and think, to do some more important things, or at least figure out what those more important things are. Almost 5 months have flown by, I think it's time for me to find a moment to review what's happened and set my goals for the future.

Haiii! I recently looked up your website and saw your latest post….don’t worry about your sales hitting a plateau! There will be certain products and times that more people will come and buy! E.g – if soooo many people like a product or their getting something for a family/friend! I do have some suggestions for the future as lots of people seem to like them.
Plush toys
Maybe like phone cases?
Cards with like sanrio characters on them (like kpop collectable cards) – would also help with the card holder sales!
Cosmetics with sanrio faces printed on them!
A variety of characters?
