Hello everyone! It's me, Cecilia, diving straight into the topic. Let me start by giving you a rundown of this week's work!
This week has been a whirlwind of tasks, from having to generate new images for testing due to a dip in our ad's ROAS, to spending time researching my learning targets in order to craft high-converting images. And of course, there's the usual business of product selection and launching new items.
Let me highlight a few valuable insights. Firstly, paying attention to numbers and statistics is key. While I used to mainly focus on how much money we're putting in and what our ROAS is like on Facebook ads, I've come to realize there's a plethora of other metrics worth delving into. For instance, if the CTR is low, it could be a sign that our images or headlines aren't captivating enough. Similarly, if the add-to-cart rate is low, it might indicate issues with the products or offers on our landing page. And if the conversion rate is struggling, perhaps our checkout page isn't instilling enough trust. Behind every number lies an opportunity for optimization, each deserving its own investigation and refinement.
To aid in this endeavor, I've subscribed to a tool called Semrush, which allows me to compare our performance with competitors'. However, as a newbie, navigating through this software feels like diving into the deep end of the pool. For now, I'm just scratching the surface of its capabilities. Moving forward, I plan to invest more time into understanding its key features and applying them to Kawaiiink!
Furthermore, it's crucial to approach entrepreneurship with utmost rationality. While our expressions may be emotional, our actions must be rational! Often, market realities defy our expectations, and having access to data via software provides the most objective view. Even if the results contradict our initial hunches entirely, I believe in overcoming human biases, laziness, and excessive subjectivity. Embracing data, analyzing it, and leveraging it is the surest path to success!
As for the work front, apart from the aforementioned tasks, my energy has been devoted to product selection and launching. We've introduced some adorable new pens, but I'll save the details for our next chat!

Hey! So I bought a couple of things (6 items) and I don’t know where they are coming from or when they are getting here. If you could email me that would be fantastic.
